Shipping information for Gift Baskets
When Will My Gift Basket Ship?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 p.m. EST will ship within 24
hours - guaranteed. If you order before 3:00 p.m. EST, we can usually ship the
same day, but cannot guarantee it. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will
ship on Monday.
When Will It Arrive?
It depends on to what state the package is being delivered. We ship UPS
Ground from Massachusetts.
UPS Ground makes deliveries Monday - Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00
p.m.
* Some packages may be
able to arrive on Saturday depending upon the state to which you are shipping.
Interlot.com may sometimes choose to send your package Fed Ex Home delivery to
best meet your desired delivery. Contact us at 1-813-684-4700 or email
sales@interlot.com if you have any
questions.
For example: A package going to Georgia will take 3 business days. The
shipping day does not count. If the gift basket was ordered on Tuesday evening
at 8:00 p.m. EST it would leave Interlot.com Gift Baskets on Wednesday and would
arrive in 3 business days on Monday. (Saturday and Sunday do not count as
Transit Days).
Can I Ship Overnight?
Yes, Interlot.com will make every effort to meet your delivery needs. Should
the timing not work out using our standard UPS Ground service, we do have other
shipping options available. If you have any questions about shipping methods,
please call 813-684-4700 and a Customer Care Representative will be happy to
help you.
How Much Will It Cost?
Your cost will depend on the type of service selected and the gift basket you
have chosen. Ground shipping (5-7 days)is always $9.99(depending on product
weight) Express, and 3-5 day will change depending on the shipping location and
the dimensions of the gift basket chosen. You will be prompted to choose your
shipping method during the checkout process. The rate will change for each

Customer Care Representative will be happy to help you.
Shipping Options and Costs
We have multiple distributors so your order may come separately depending on
availability of items at a given distributor. Your order is automatically
forwarded to the next warehouse in line until your complete order has shipped.
You do not pay additional shipping if your order has to ship from more than one
warehouse. BEWARE: Large and/or heavy items like plush toys, tricycles, pedal
cars may cost significantly more to ship than what we pre-bill you. We WILL BILL
YOU LATER for shipping charges that turn out to be higher. We will also CREDIT
if it turns out we over-billed for shipping.
Shipping Chocolate in the Summer
Due to rising temperatures, Interlot.com does not ship chocolate during the
summer ~ May 15th through August 31st. If you still wish to send something
"sweet", you can order one of our chocolate gift baskets and we'll substitute
the chocolates with gourmet candies & cookies.

Which shipping method do you offer for toys gifts?
FedEx Ground, FedEx Saver, FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx Next Day Air are the
available shipping options. USPS is used to ship orders to PO Boxes only.
How do you calculate shipping charges?
In order to calculate the shipping charges please login into your
account with Interlot.com
1). Add items of interest to the shopping cart.
2). Click to 'Check Out'.
3). Fill out Ship To Information.
4). Click on 'Submit' button.
5). Next screen that comes up will have a drop-down menu of shipping options.
Please Note: All of these steps are done before the actual payment for the order
is required. Therefore, by completing these steps you do not place your order
yet. In order to complete the order a credit card information fields must be
completed and form submitted for processing.
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Which International shipping methods do you offer for Jewelry

USPS Air International Flat Rate $15.99 (insures up to a $45 value of your package.)
USPS International Priority Mail
(6-10 days) $28.99 (includes the full value of your package)
Fedex International Priority
(2-3 business days)$26.99 (includes the full value of your package)
International Orders
Shipping USPS International Flat Rate insures up to a $45 value of your
package. If you wish to insure the full value of your package, please choose
USPS Priority Mail or Fedex. Please note that USPS International Priority Mail
does not ship to the following countries: Australia, Bolivia, Canada, France,
Greece, India, Israel, Latvia, Pakistan, Poland and Romania. If your package is
lost, we can only refund the insured amount of your package.
Order Payment
We accept Bank Wire payments or Direct Deposit. Please contact us for more
information. Credit Card payments will be verified and we may contact you to
verify the order placed.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The customs office of your country may impose custom fees, import duties, tax or
other charges to your order. These charges vary depending on the country.
Interlot cannot provide any estimates for these fees. Please contact your local
customs office for details.

USPS Express Mail Orders received before 3pm (PST) will be

Due to the high volume of many of these products, there are occasional
shortages. As we are partnered with many different warehouses, we do our best to
work within each warehouse's inventory system. With some of our partner
warehouses, we do not receive a live update, and are unable to automatically
deduct inventory when a product is purchased online. This means it is possible
that a product you order may actually be on back-order. In that event, we will
notify you via email within 24 hours (usually within a few hrs only) Your
credit card will not be charged.
