Return policy on Gift Baskets
If you are not satisfied with something, please send it back within 7 days of
receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item.
Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are
purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be
deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our items carry a
restocking fee which will be deducted from your return should you wish to return
them.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the
product within 15 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new,
unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund,
which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original method of
payment. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the
product, less any applicable restocking fees. A restocking charge up to 25% may
apply to specific products. Certain orders cannot be returned due to their
uniqueness and/or personalization to your specific request. Additional
fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will
be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing
credit. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to
post credits.
Please email us for further
instructions on your return and to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect,
missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within 15 days and we will
send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no
cost to you. Our customer service hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
What is your return policy for children toys?
We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 14 days from the date of the
delivery. We must be notified of the defect within 5 days of the product
delivery, otherwise return policy is voided, no exceptions. Products with
Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 14 days, may be returned directly to the
manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be
made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in
original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials,
warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Unwanted products may be returned
with prior authorization only! All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the
original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)*. Unwanted product returns will be
subject to a 25% restocking fee.

What is your return policy for Jewelry Gifts?
Please notify us within 5 days of receiving product in order to qualify for a
refund, exchange or credit. Items must have all tags intact & not show any signs
of wear. Orders must be sent back in full unless arrangements are made to refund
or exchange part of the order. Please make sure to get a Return Merchandise
Authorization number (RMA) by phone or Complete the
Return Form Online
Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and
handling. Please make sure to request the tracking number, signature confirmation and insurance for USPS shipments, when you return an item. Send a return confirmation to sales@interlot.com. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be
issued for the original purchase price less shipping and handling (both ways).
